One with personal meaning it in.

Several weeks in the making. Getting the right terrain and textures was the hardest part, not to mention getting the surf to look "realistic".. Kind of.

This is actually part of a 12000x8000 render which was then downsized and cropped. So it's actually part of a much larger image with a lot more in.

13 hours @ 12000x8000 on a 3GHZ P4 and a couple of hours post processing.

Very cool. I still love your style. Ever interested in colaborations? My work is definately lacking in background since I despise doing them. None of my oil painting work is on though. Just things that fit on the scanner gets on :)

beautiful work man! you got the surf spot on! personally i think the grey cliffs could have a little more texture on them but overal its a beautiful pic!

That's pretty inventive - mountains that defy gravity and form a ceiling. The beaches are amazing too, obvious you took a lot of care with 'em. :nod:
